- Inspiring instructors to try new learning strategies and/or tools in the classroom
- Modeling and demonstrating best teaching practices
- Educating instructors RE: common learning misconceptions and teaching fallacies
- Creating an environment where student needs and engagement drive learning
- Offering guidance, feedback and instructional coaching when needed for educators
